Healthy Within is a Wellness Center that offers
treatment for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating, body
image concerns as well as nutrition and wellness concerns.
We are a one of a kind, well established treatment center with offices
in both San Diego and Carlsbad. Dr. Divya Kakaiya, the founder and
supervisor of Healthy Within, has been treating eating disorders
since 1985. With small groups sizes, a warm, nurturing staff and
the expertise of Dr. Kakaiya you are ensured thoroughness of care.
Our staff includes:
Psychologist, Therapists with extensive background in the treatment
of eating disorders, Licensed Acupuncturist, Yoga and Pilates Instructor,
Mindfulness Instructor, and Expressive Arts Therapist. We also work
closely with some of the best MD's , Registered Dieticians and Naturopathic
Doctors to ensure that all aspects of the illness are treated.
