Intensive Outpatient Program:

The program is structured to suit the needs of people who are working and for after school care for adolescents. We treat men and women, adults and adolescents. Age ranges vary from 12 to 53 and over. The treatment team consists of a Psychologist, MFT Interns, Dietitian, Yoga Instructor, Acupuncturist, and Expressive Arts Therapist. The program is 16 weeks long, and patients will have the option to continue, particularly if the treatment team believes it is clinically necessary and mandated. The length of the continuation will be determined on a case-by-case basis with the goal of complete wellness.

If a patient does not already have an individual psychotherapist in the community that they are working with, it is mandatory that they work with an individual therapist at Healthy Within on a weekly basis while they are in the program. This individual session is carved out as one of the components of the weekly schedule.

After the 16 weeks of treatment are completed, Healthy Within offers a required aftercare program. This program consists of a weekly therapy group with an initial commitment of 6 months. We will highly recommend this as a continuation of care since our experience has been that stability from the symptoms takes time, care and persistence. The most successful patients at Healthy Within are those that have stayed in treatment with us for over a year to two years.

A typical course of treatment would be:

*16 weeks IOP
*6 to 12 months once a week Aftercare step down group
*Along with this, most patients stay in Individual Psychotherapy and Nutrition therapy for about a year.
