Clinical Assessment:

A Clinical Assessment will be scheduled prior to admission to the IOP program. This separate fee is $375. We will provide you with a comprehensive report of the results from this assessment. The assessment will discern if our program is the best fit for your treatment needs.

Adult IOP program:

The total cost of the program is $8400. The breakdown of costs is as follows:

$2100 payable first month
$2100 payable second month
$2100 payable third month
$2100 payable fourth month

Individual Psychotherapy:

$125/hr. with a MFT Intern or ASW Intern
$175/hr. with Dr. Kakaiya

Family Therapy:

$145/hr. with a MFT Intern or ASW Intern
$225/hr. with Dr. Kakaiya

Group Therapy:

$50 per group
$600 for total cost of a 12 week group

Healthy Within is cost-effective because we are not a 24-hour care facility, nor do we incur costs for medical professionals. Our patients are monitored closely by physicians outside of the program. All fees for the program are payable up front by check or credit card.

We do not work directly with insurance companies, and therefore, do require that our patients pay prior to receiving treatment at Healthy Within. We will send you a super bill, which you can use to submit claims to your insurance company so that they will reimburse you directly. Superbills are mailed out once a month at the beginning of the month.
